Upcoming EndeavorsAfter the Fall is in the process of commissioning a major mod that will create entirely new gameplay loops and community interactions. This is a very complex mod that requires significant custom code and bespoke assets to be created. In the financial projection model below, the dips you see are our commitment to using our available funds for this work and is keeping with our goal of using supporter donations to give back to the Project Zomboid community.
May and June have been months of enormous administrative work and there are a lot of behind-the-scenes efforts happening that are necessary for the longevity of After the Fall and the challenges it faces. Some of these are mildly expensive up front and will have a small sustained cost over time. These are also factored in with the projections over the next 12 months. Other projects like the
Knox Blacklist don't currently have any material cost for now, but likely will in the future. Those will be added to the projection and an update will be posted here when that happens.
